It's the holidays again. VERY FUNNNNN!!!!!

I know i complain EVERY hols about how boring it is, but this one takes the cake. On top of all my TO DO LIST during hols, i.e., eat, sleep, watch tv, go online yadda yadda yadda other lazy stuff, I've to study. Well, not only me. Almost everyone (who is an "obedient" teen like me), i guess. SPM's round the corner & i didn't do that well for the recent trial exams. :/

But i'm ever. so. lazy. T.T

Plus, sis' PMR examinations are drawing near so we stay home everyday. I can't even go out often because I can't bloody drive, dammit.

I need to talk to someone but everyone's busy studying. Maybe. So i think, GO ONLINE SURE GOT PPL LAYAN WANNNN.

Trust me, i've never been happier to see a 'maaf' in my life. On the other hand, i don't think they should apologise for something we don't even one. Nor congratulate us for it.
Ok, i didn't get shortlisted for Khidmat Negara aka National Service. I'm happy, but I can't say the same for some of my friends. Some aren't even happy they got to escape. I don't see why. IMO, this program is like, totally pointless. Oh well.

Yes. Yes, I was. Kinda regretted it because the finals match sucked. YELLOWCARD FREE KICK YELLOW CARD FREE KICK RED CARD WHAT. Should have stayed up for the extra time only. I had to do Amaths h/w, text & Facebook to stay awake.

Not that the winners weren't good.... But i'm thinking this is a one-time win only. ;) Still, kudos to Spain!

i) Kristen Stewart can't act. She only has two faces throughout the whole movie; her awake face & her sleeping face.

ii) Lots of kissing scenes involved.

It's weird. I've never been a fan of football. Until lately. I just get drawn to it.. Although there are some things about it which I don't understand. Maybe because it's the World Cup. Maybe competiveness is addictive. Maybe the obsession people are having are rubbing off me. Maybe it's the hot guys. :P Maybe it's in my genes- my dad's a hard core fan.
And so, I was all game when it comes to Brazil or Argentina playing. But guess what? THEY BOTH LOST. Bummer. I'm troubled by the fact that the Argentine's are so good but they still lost. Admittedly, they weren't up to their normal standards in the last match but still... I really detest the banana goalkeeper from Germany can. And the psychic octopus. Whaaaaaat.
I don't know what to expect or who to support in the finals anymore. Meh.

On the other hand, watching footie at a mamak shop is funnnn. This one's so awesome that it has a deejay, music, games booth & lucky draw. Mwahahah. When it rained, they gave out plastic bags & newspaper hats to cover the audience's heads. Lmao. And during half time, they have lucky draw where you lift your chair to check of there's any numbers below. Then you carry it in front to claim your 'prize'. LMAO LMAO. So although the match sucked, at least I had a funny night.

Now to wait four more years to watch Argentina kick butt!

Thank you Pei Yu, Sarah, Liang Yean, Hui Yi, Con Nie, Kai Voon, Wen Fang & Xue Jun for the great time! And thank you Hui Ying & Sharon for fetching me. :)

I can't believe my mum let me go at the last minute. So the 1% chance did work out. The steamboat was great. Had it at some place in Molek. Sharon was late (as usual). :P Food was mediocre, but otherwise the environment was awesome because we were there. Heh. Bet the person went 'Hallelujah' when we left. Sarah shelled the prawns for us, God bless her. Thank you, makeshift mummy! And I'll never forget what happened to Sarah's stained-with-chilli-pants & Peiyu's smashed cake. XD
We ate SO much. But surprisingly, it wasn't expensive. Bill time was hell though. We- well, they (I can't count)- couldn't get the amount right. Loadsa $$$ involved. Someone even brought out her scientific calculator. No joke. You guys are clever ahlongs mah even pay bill also needa use calculator like Addmaths yo. ;)

And as if steamboat wasn't enough, Huiyi's parents sent us to a nearby mamak to *cough* continue eating/ watch the match. Roti tisu & prata ftw! :D But the guy kinda chased us away when the match was starting because we were obviously lousy customers. -.- So we ended up lingering outside the shop, camwhoring. Kinda dangerous, seeing as it was already late & there were weird characters walking around..I bet people thought we played truant. :D Peiyu's mum is so nice as to sit & wait with us till Sharon's mum came to pick us up. Aw.

This weekend was the best ever! Idk what my parents are up to, but they're not grounding me or anything. Which is kinda weird but, i'm not complaining. ;)

Saturday

Woke up super early to go Kota Tinggi for bakuteh brunch. It's really nice. :D Then we decided to stop by the new 3D cinema at Ulu Tiram to catch a movie, hopefully 3D. But we ended up watching Karate Kid which is whoohoo verrrrry awesome!

We went for um, lunch after that at this coffeeshop place that sells syiok coffee, toast & chee cheong fun. Of course lunch wasn't enough, so it left me plenty of space for bbq dinner at aunt's place. bbqftw! Aunt prepared the best feast ever. We even roasted marshmallows oohlala. :)

Sarah Lim's birthday bash!
SO fun. Haven't had this much crazy fun & laughter in a long time. Which includes loadsa crazy games and food, of course.

First off, the blindfold game. My group members HAD to blindfold me. It's like being blind- literally. Poor Wenfang got blindfolded too. The objective was to see which group completed the obstacles, while biting a *cough* cream puff while being blindfolded. Wonder which genius came up with the game... Idk who won the game though. Pretty fun, all the same.
Then came the Water Wars! The water balloons which we took an hour plus to fill got popped within 5 minutes. Everyone was SOAKED. Lmao. And Othniel got pwned in the head with a balloon, courtesy of moi. ;)
After we got dry, we had dinner. Sarah's mum prepared enough food for a small army. No, really. After dinner came the passtheballoongetadareidkwhatyoucallit game. Whoever's idea of a dare, was great- including wasabi-filled cream puffs, hugging, feeding another person banana blindfolded, kissing the floor, drinking weird concoctions... younameit. ;D I'd upload the vids, but its taking forever. -.-
Sarah's group got punished for finishing last in the rubber band game thingy, namely, eating wasabi. Woot.
And of course when the cake came, Sarah, of all people, had to catch Alton & Othniel off guard and start creaming them. And then, WAR. Oth creamed Sarah & I nicely in the face, he got blinded by me & Chung's specs got ruined. Very very fun. Rachel's really smart to get a can of aerosol cream as well. My gawd. Scary.
Bet Hazel's dad's car stank of cream after that. I think i can safely assume that everyone showered at least 5 times after that. ohwaow.
I, of course, couldn't sleepover at Sarah's place. Ish. && IMY already, Rachel Yeo. Thanks for your 'surprise' & gifts. Come back more often lah pig!
I had no idea going to a party could cause me so much bodily harm. I woke up with aches & pains. Oh well. Worth it. :)

You know what's ironic? My previous post was all happy shiz stuff and THIS sucks. I (stupidly) failed my piano exam. That's right. 9 more friggin' marks. Ugh. Sucks to be me. My aunt & parents are going to KEEEEL me. Well, they were pretty mad at first. But today.. They seemed alright. Weird. Impossible that'll it'll blow over that fast. Maybe they're just waiting to ambush me & KABOOM or something. Ah crap. WHY, OH WHY, DIDN'T I PLAY BETTER?? It's kinda hard to retake now. Plus, I have no moolah, what with my phone and all.. :/ Damn suay can.
And what's funny is today somebody actually offered to let me be a replacement teacher at Yamaha for a day. Pretty ironic, huh? I'm like, 'Whaaaaaaaat...' Funny, my aunt told me to go for it. But since that person didn't give me a reply till now.. Oh well. Forget it.

Universal Studios Singapore... 4 days late.

After many many days of unsuccessfully trying to upload the pictures on Facebook, or blog, it's time i updated, i guess.

Universal Studios!
The place is gorgeous. It's like, the more upgraded version of Disneyland. Uber cool. Also, the crowd is SCARY. Studios is pretty small, so we managed to ride practically every not-lame ride and watch every cool show there is.

I love this guy.

Oh, the best ride was the Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure thingy.. SO AWESOME. We got soaked. Well, not really. Mum got it baaad. We queued up for an hour for it but it was totally worth it. :)

Dad INSISTED we eat at some posh restaurant after that because they serve oysters. KT's Grill. It's set like the olden days posh restaurants in New tork, so the ambience was very very nice. The food was great but it was sooo stressful to eat because the waitresses are staring at you. Although they are very nice people.. The way we 'attacked' the crab... lol embarrassing. It was like committing murder. I doubt i'll ever set foot in a fine-dining restaurant again. Oh well.

We left at seven and had Katong laksa at a mall. We had to eat with only spoons, in a small bowl, at a stall-like place. Something new so, yeah. Great food though. All in all I had a great time. Would love to go Studios with friends one day after SPM woots.

Yesterday was funnnn. Universal Studios ftw! I'll blog about that soon but right now, i'm just too lazy plus i exactly can't what happened since it's 2.34 in the morning.

But today was just like any other day. I think i was only awake for 2 hours during the day. And then staying up now because i can't sleep. -.- During the 2 hours that i was actually sober, i managed to read 3 books- Diary Of A Wimpy Kid! Yeah, i'm slow, unupdated, childish or whatever you call it.. The book's so cute! All the little drawings, random jokes & all.... Love it. :D

I seriously miss my phone. It sucks to not have something to type on, besides the laptop keyboard. I think the main reason I slept so much today was because no one or nothing woke me up. Because usually I have my phone alarm (set to Bieber's annoying "Baby" for maximum effect) to count on but now.... Aih. Crap.

Hols are boh-ring. Even more so now that... Nevermind. I spent the whole morning cleaning up (as 'requested' by my mum). It's tiring, but at least it's something done. And as I was cleaning my room- yes, my room- i found my old photo album under a pile of clothes/ books. And there were some SKST pics in it. There's nothing to do, so might as well scan & upload it on Facebook. I miss old school days. :(

We all looked so cute then. Even more so now. ;)

WOOTS EXAMS ARE OVER OMG WOOHOO I'M SO HAPPEEEEE! NOT.

You could literally see everyone sitting up, staring, waiting for the paper to end at 12.10pm. After they collected the papers, CHEERS...then the teachers passed out Amaths holiday homework. -.-
And there i was, all smiles & squeals... Until i opened my bag and omgwtfmyphoneismissing!
Digsearchfindthrowstuffout... nothing.
Looked around... nothing.
Called sis with Sarah's phone... nothing.
Called van driver to ask if phone was in his van... nothing.
Called mum... "What can i do?"
Conclusion; the phone got stolen. In school. During exams.
My life sucks. Nothing went right from the moment i woke up today. Should've known it was a sign.. or something. The one day i don't put my bag where it's supposed to be.... Jinxed, can. I wanted to cry, but no tears came. So i went to CS anyway. And what was supposd to be a fun day kinda got ruined by me. Sorry... We did have fun taking neoprints though. ;)
Then i had to come back and face the music. Mum's alright but my dad is... Wow. Amazing. I'm thrilled. No, really.
Oh well. I'm sincerely praying for the person who stole my phone now. May your fingers rot from termite bites. May all your hair fall off from your distorted head. May you find yourself getting struck by lightning multiple times.

For the past two days, my place had major power failure cos apparently some power station burnt down or something.
Just my luck. Had to study for Bio & Chem mini test in the dark. Pfft.
The anticipation sucks- waiting in the dark, wondering when the electricity will come back. And also sitting here now, hoping the power won't suddenly die again.

So yesterday was SSI, EC & SDJ's IU Festival.
It was actually not bad. :D
Although I did miss alot of performances in the midst of running in & out of the hall.
Plus, we arrived late- took a taxi late, got a *toot* taxi driver, sent us to the wrong place & overcharged us. I seriously suspect he was illiterate/ poor/ a bloodsucker.
We ended up at the wrong Spastic Hall and had to walk in the bloomin' hot sun to the other spastic hall.
...
At least I have ma Coolblog.

Performance-wise, I of course, can't comment much as I missed so many.
Including the SSI dance! It killed me to miss it. :'(
One or two of the bands were good though. Saved my ears, actually.
Sketch was pretty hilarious too. Good job!

Highlight of the day was getting to see so many of my friends, especially uh, old ones. ;)
It'll be great if we get to meet more often, like before everybody ciaos after SPM & all.

Yesterday was nerve-wrecking.

I almost forgot to inhale when i stepped in.. And realised the examiner was female.

I've never had a female examiner for piano exam before, but i heard they're stricter.. :s

Scales was... Forget it. Pieces, not bad. Sight-reading, not bad too. Aural.. Wow. I had no confidence answering.

And I happened to be the last one to take exam before lunch.

Hopefully she wasn't starving...

Oh, the best part was, they printed my name wrongly.

Come on, what's so hard about my name that people can't spell it most of the time? -.-

Although missing 'J' is a first. Pfft.

And my aunt made me wore a frikkin' dress. UGH.

As compensation though, we had lunch at It Roo which was awesome.

So were the otak-otak buns from the shop nearby. :D

Boomz- When something is amazing beyond words (or if you're just plain bad at English), you say this with hand action like, *swish*. Preferably in a lala voice. ;)

Shingz- Instead of using foul words when you're annoyed, just insert word. Sounds so much shinier & sweet, no? :P

This year's fun! I ate alot, slept more than usual(amen), take angpows, text(alot), prayed(ALOT) & ate somemore. :D

Highlights:
-FOOD. Lots of food.
-Exploding firecrackers & epic fail lantern flying. :P
-Losing money at gambling. T.T
-Apparently gonna watch Valentine's Day but they sold our tickets. -.- So we ended up watching some stupid but (thankfully)funny Cantonese movie.
-Wii fun! And more epic awesome snacks at Uncle Ken's house. I wanna live there, man. They have mini Kinder, Yogurettes, Lays Stax, banana marshmallow & gummy bears! :o
-Kena chased around by the lion dance fella. Hamsup fella. Cornered my cousin, grabbed her arm & pretended to kiss her. Gross. -.-
-Went visiting at Choo Eunice's house. HER HOUSE IS GORGEOUS! Also the place where i got 'attacked' by her dog & a bee.
[What is it with animals and me?!]
-Dad forced us to go Loudspeaker for karaoke with aunt & family. MY EARS. T_T
-Went for drinks at O'Reilly's Irish Pub. The ambience is the only nice thing there. Hmm.
-Going Woan Yee's house tmr.
-More awesome food. :D

I don't wanna go back to school yet!

1. On Monday we dissected/ observed a cow's trachea, liver & lungs during Bio. Coolio. :D
2. Calculated our BMI during PE class & i am, obviously, overweight. ;P
3. Physics PEKA on Tuesday was.. epic fail. :( Literature presentation was okay, Choir board's finally completely done.. Now I'm left with English Aural & Moral folio. Pfft. So much h/w. Some holiday I'm gonna have. -.-
4. In charge of collecting $$$ for Choir pizza sale for Sports Day. I don't mind being the temporary ah long, since i'm only in charge for my class. But please don't make me sell pizza on that day again! It's my last year in school & i really wanna enjoy my last Sports Day! :s
5. Had Sports Day raptai, Sukantara & all this week. Which means I went to school for 3 days in a row, without studying.
6. So I end up helping to paint the Teresa banners & come home covered in glitter. (Y)
7. Encik Azmi's farewell this morning. We'll miss you, teacher. :'(
8. Sports Day coming. Then Choir camp. Oh gosh. Where will I find the time to study??

Yesterday the whole of 5SC2 skipped school for a whole day to go to Sunway College for an A+ Students talk.
Cool, eh?
The reason we were chosen is cos we rock. :D

The talk was good.
I was so inspired by the first speaker!

We thinks he has a 'fake British accent campur broken Engrish'.
Oh well. Funny guy.
We really liked the second speaker, Jessica!
She's so cute & bubbly & fun & nice & motivational!
She talks, jokes & sings in a loud voice cos guess what; she was an ex-Convent girl!

Even with 40 ppl only from our school, our shouts/ screams/ voices beat Sri Tebrau & EC hands down. Nnnyeah. :P
After that, we got a tour of the school.
Never realised this before, but it was pretty small. Hmm.

All in all, we all had fun!

I didn't go for Choir practice today.
Because I lost my voice since yesterday.
Really lost it.
Maybe it's karma- for laughing at Sarah Lim when she lost her voice. Hmm.

Flora thinks maybe it's cos of Saturday.
Doubtful; I didn't even shout THAT much. ;P

Sucks to be sick.
Breathing was almost impossible last night [nose block + coughing + sore throat = can't sleep].

Reached school like super early then got sent straight to the checkpoint.
We thought it would take all day but surprisingly, it was fun AND fast!
We decided to walk back to school.
Kinda far, although the Jogathon route must have been longer.

Christmas this year is really really fun. :D
Hectic though..
Slept on the floor last night cos dad angkat my bed down for Gran dy.
After breakfast, I had to help around/ spring clean.
In the afternoon, my aunts & uncles & cousins came to visit gran.
House was packed the whole day!
Then I went to Sanyi's house to bake!
Our Japanese Honey Chocolate Cookies uber cute & yummy, can! ;)))
But when I was there, daddy bought a log cake to celebrate cousin Annie's bday.

Happy Winter Solstice.

Yesterday I had the freakiest, scariest, most hectic & most worrying day ever.
Okay, maybe not THATbad.
Bu it's not great either.
Hmm.

So..
My grandma went out to buy some food for dinner cos apparently, there wasn't enough.
She WALKED.
Told her she should have waited for the rest to come back 1st..
Oh well.
We wanted to follow but she insisted on bringing my younger cousin ONLY.
So we waited for her to come back.
And waited.. And waited....
After an hour, we started to worry.
So my sis decided to go look for her together with the maid & cousin.
I stayed home to look after the kids.
Then my aunt called.
MY GRANDMA FELL DOWN AT THE MARKET!
Uncle went & fetched her to a clinic.
Called my sis to come back ASAP.
When my gramma came back, I was shocked to see her bleeding at the lips.
They came back to get sth before going to the hospital.
Sis went with them.
Apparently my little cousin was smart enough to borrow a handphone from the market ppl.
THANK GOODNESS. :)))))

But I feel bad, somehow.
Cos it was because of us, our dinner, the family gathering, that she fell down. :(

So gran's in the hospital now.
Went & visit her today.
When we were walking there, Dad said, "I remember many many years ago, I was sitting here, waiting for you to be born."
O.o

Gran had a cut lip, broken teeth & fractured wrists.
Probably has to be in a cast for about two months. :(

Today was the first time in a long time that I actually felt hungry.
Shopped at Pavillion the whole day today.
Didn't buy much, but I had fun. :D

I LOVE HARD ROCK HOTEL, PENANG.

You should come here sometime!
I have always loved Hard Rock, but this is great!
It's awesome!
When I first saw it, I literally went crazy cos it's SO gorgeous.
If you love music, food & fun, this is the place to be!
And we got the best room here - sea view!
Oh. And I'm glad that after two days of being Internet-less in Thailand, the Internet connection here is fast. HAHAHAHAHA.
I know I sound so suaku but I really, really love it here!
It's probably the nicest place in M'sia.?
Third best hotel I've been to, after Venetian & Disneyland Hollywood Hotel. LOL.
The staff here are really nice.
After swimming, my dad actually went & reserved a table for dinner at the so-the-boomz cafe, with just a towel wrapped around his waist!
The waitress told him, "Wow, you're so cool!"
HAHAHAHAHAHA.
Too bad we arrived quite late today & are leaving tmr already; I wanted to stay here longer. :(

I wanted to blog since Friday, but there was no Internet!
I went to Hatyai with my family plus aunt & uncle, for two days.
Surprisingly, Thailand is freakin' cold.
It was raining the whole time we were there! -.-
And we all packed loose clothing so we were literally freezing there.
The food was great although the place is kinda ulu. And wet.
Got drenched in the rain sooo many times.
Things there were really cheap too.
I bought so much stuff!
There's still one week of vacation at Penang & KL, so gonna get more. WOOT.

OH WHEE. I'm like the clumsiest person ever.
Went for PB Camp ytd & was doing literally NOTHING.
Still, I mananged to hurt my ankle (!)

Was walking down the stairs (and probably singing) when I missed a step & fell on my ass. HAHAHA.
Pulled a muscle or vein or sth..

It'd better not worsen, I still wanna go for holiday!
So now I'm putting alot alot of the smelly medicated oil. :(
Somehow when i fell, I managed to scratch Elyssa with the thing I was holding.

The camp was half boring, half fun.
Cos most of the time we were doing nothing.
I didn't even sweat ONE drop!
Group C didn't get to march cos it rained when it was our turn!
Couldn't march even if I wanted to..
So we ended up doing theory & practical the whole day.
Theory involved Elyssa demonstrating childbirth & during practical she was all bandaged & went around begging for money ~~and Physics marks~~.
Hilarious.
But most of the time we just sat around talking & taking pics & what-not.
Our Squad 9 Leader, Hui Yin, wasn't even around most of the time.?
Kinda pity the BOD, rly.
This year very few ppl went & apparently it wasn't as fun as last year.
Hope the last day will be better!

I thought it would be fun-ner!
But it's been soooo boring & depressing!

Went to school today on my own free will.

Last Saturday we went to this really posh French restaurant to celebrate Daddy's bday.
Le Chateau D' Amore.
The food was great, the ambience was nice.
Even had snails as appetizer! HAHAHAHA.
We were practically the only people there!
So they sat us right smack in the middle of the room with the nicest table & chairs & all. Lol.
Went around like orang ulu taking photos.
Like it's our house.. Haha.

So glad to be able to sleep early & sleep in now.
After sleeping an average of 4hrs per day during exam period. O.O

Monday - X'mas Concert rehearsal, but i didn't go. :P
Tuesday - Rehearsal.
Today - Christmas Concert!!

It was really, really fun.
Loadsa dancing, singing, acting, crapping, laughing, photo-taking...... ;D
This year I didn't take part in the ballet performance cos it was all the Form 3s dancing & I have no teman. ):
Took part in the Sketch/ Nativity Play & Choir though..
Acted as an 8-year-old little kid! HAHAHAHAHAHA.
Had to wear somebody's dress & tie plaits with red ribbons.
But only for two scenes though, so it wasn't that bad.
I must say, the play was really nice! :)))))))

Then there's Joseph(Zhi Ying) & Mary(Chiara) & the funny Indian innkeepers, sheperds & wise men!

So apparently, I look like a small kid.
A Standard 2 kid, to be precise. -.-

Yesterday there was this talk on Secrets to Super Students at Jotic.
At least half of Form 4s plus some Form 2s attended, I think.
Best part was, I sat right in front with Elyssa cos konnonya those seats were reserved for teachers. ;]
The guy giving the talk, Danny(aka Dan/ NyNy) , was kinda late.
And the first thing he said to anyone in the audience was his experience in teaching kids, teens & adults.
To quote, "I like teaching smaller kids cos they're smarter."
So... He came up to me and said,

Danny: Can I just be very honest with you, ~~madam~~?
Elyssa: She's not a MADAM!
Danny: Then call what, SIR ah?
Me: No, MISS!
Danny: Okay, MISS.. Do you know this talk is mainly for Form 4s & Form 2s?
Me: Uh, I guess..?
Danny: Then what are you doing here, you small kid? I thot you were in Standard 2!
Crowd: *bursts out laughing*
Me: -.-

So, great.
I'm known as the small kid now.
As if being short & tiny wasn't bad enough.

Throughout the talk, Danny went off topic more often than not but he was soooo funny so, who cared?
And what with Ely clucking like a chicken, Hui Yin the multi-tasking daddy+mummy, Danny acting out every single thought & going on and on abt guy-girl stuff plus teaching us awesome skills & brain exercises, those who gave this talk a miss really missed out on a tonne of fun.

Oh, and when he asked who honestly thought they themselves are ~~fat,~~ stand up.
Elyssa, the malnourished girl, actually stood up! >:(
I told you you're not fat!

At one point when he wanted to ask questions, he came up to me & said, "Don't worry. I won't call you up. I don't like small kids."

I was so excited, I couldn't sleep in the car this morning.(which I normally do..)

And I don't know why, but my nametag suddenly just broke in the car. -.-

Then evrybosy started asking where's my nametag.

So in the end, I had to use (not-so-)sticky yellow paper as replacement. HAH.

Pn Tan's speech in the hall was so long cos we haven't berhimpun-ed since goodness knows when.

Then we had English class.(konnonya one period.)

It was so funny!

Pn Emilda asked Rachel to recite the "If" poem.

After every line, Eunice would strum her guitar.

The whole class was laughing cos their expressions were just hilarious!

Then the best part; the Japanese girls arrived!

They came in this big bus.

Some of them are 16, some 17 years-old.

They're staying in Singapore, Balestier Road Hotel.

And apparently our school is big & their school's small.

I guess the whole thing went pretty well..

Then whoever was supposed to give speeches, uh, speeched.

Thank goodness there was an interpreter there cos we don't understand what they're saying & they don't understand what we're saying. Haha.

And what were the chances that our buddy's the one speeching? :)

Then we had our performance, the class choir thing.

God, I NEVER want to talk about it again.

Wonder how we won the other time! XP

Too bad I missed their singing cos I went to kaypo for the Fashion Show preparation.

Apparently, it was good.

The Fashion Show was not bad since they didn't practice.

Except that there were probs with the radio.

The 'models' all looked nice in their traditional costumes.

The way Ayaka pronounced our name was so cute!

I love their accent!

But really, it was kinda hard to understand.

I think Liang Yean the Jap genius was the only one who could really communicate with them.

She could actually lead the tour in Japanese!

Duh, we didn't get it so we kept asking her for unnecessary translation.

We, of course, were the almost the last to walk(again) so Ayaka missed quite a lot of LY's intro.

So we tried to tell her ourselves.

The way we communicate with them is hilarious!

Practically doing sign-language the whole time.

Wanted to laugh at myself even!

We all had to walk around with notebooks.

I even brought a dictionary.

Yes, a dictionary. :P

Everytime we wanted to say something, it was like,

Me: Chotto. *checks dictionary* Err.. This is the.. Kagaku.. Chemistry Lab?

Ayaka: ?

Me: Kagaku?

Ayaka: Oh.. *hand gesture- MIX MIX POUR BOOM!*

Us: YA, YA! CHEMISTRY! *point point* And this is where we do our *gestures-

sewing, cooking, sawing*

Ayaka: ?

It went like that the whole day. Lol.

Zhi Ying was even better, she learns Japanese from watching anime!

Guess it works though..

After that we went for brunch in Bilik Wawasan.

There was roti canai, karipap, muruku, mooncakes & teh tarik.

Now I know. They can't take spicy food, even muruku was spicy to them!

Except for Ayaka (1), the one who loves pink..

Even when we were taking pictures in front of the Mother Mary statue, she was standing next to me & still eating from her plate of muruku!

So cute. (:

We exchanged e-mail adresses.

I also got Ayaka's house address.? She wrote it in Japanese/ Chinese so I obviously don't know how to read it..

I think she has ours too.

And did I mention that they love to take pics?

Not that we don't but.. ;B

They waved to us from the bus & we were practically running after it!

Teacher said they were headed for Sentosa Island next.

Can la, we run there! HAHA.

All in all, today was great!

Once in a lifetime experience.

I'm so glad they picked Convent to go to! :DDD

Japanese people are coming to our school tmr!
And the best part is, 4Sc1 is in charge of welcoming them!

School reopens this week and it's been pretty crazy.
Cos we're just super high these days.

Something really funny happened on Monday during Bio class!
Pn. Doreen was saying something about flora & fauna.
Then some people were giggling and looked at Flora. (not funny, I know.)
She just plain ignored us and when she finally looked up, she gave this super funny expression.

Flora : No, you're not..
Teacher: You know, I used to have this Geography teacher, he was teaching us
halfway then he suddenly said, "Flora & fauna are such beauuuutiful

UGHHH!

I didn't get to go for the F1 thing yesterday cos my mum didn't allow!

Wasted the tickets, daddy had to give it to his friend!

And now, i can only sit here and watch the F1 on TV when i could've been there! >:(

We ended up going to dad's Indian friend's daughter's 1st bday+son's 2nd bday+housewarming party = BORING!

So glad when it was time to go back.

Then on the way home we passed by this really nice new bistro.

New as in really NEW.

The signboard wasn't even up yet!

And the menus were just pieces of paper!

It's called D' Major Bistro & Cafe, I think.

Apparently it wasn't official opening yet.

HAHAHAHA.

The owner said we could go in though, so we did.

At least the drinks were nice!

My lazy hols are over!
It's back to school tomorrow. :(
Looking forward to seeing my friends again but NOT looking forward to the piles of h/w and the studies.

My daddy's in S'pore watching the F1Rocks Night Race now (!)

So anyways, I just remembered this stranded dog we found two days ago.

Was out for a walk with my gran, cousin bro, sis and bro.

When we were going back, we found this dog stuck at the other side of the fence! It's a mongrel, I think.

Well, my gran's house is opposite the Austin Hills Resort golf course.

And there's this fence & slope seperating the houses from the course
Geddit? Cos I'm confused too. Haha.

This evil dog owner/ stranger/ whatever (stupid fella) must have just dumped the dog to the other side of the fence.

Poor doggie!

There was nowhere else to go, except UNDER the fence.

And there's NO FOOD OR WATER cos it's stuck on the slopes.

And the dog was yelping and whining and crying.

So my gran decided to play 'Superwoman' and help the dog out.

She dug a hole under the fence outside her house for the dog to get out.

Honestly, the dog was quite silly as there actually WAS enough space to crawl out to start with. -.-
BUT after my gran dug the hole, he STILL didn't get out.

Too panicky, I guess.

It's quite a cute dog, just a bit old..

Thank goodness when we went home he got out already.

And went inside my gran's house.

Had to chase it away cos my sis & bro were "scared". ==

The next day(yesterday), he was outside the house.

Guess he was really grateful.

Or just hungry.

Today while I was getting my lunch, he somehow got into the house again and was drinking from the fish pond!

Had to chase it out(again).

Last time I saw it today was before going home, in my [Muslim] neighbour's house. Haha.

Wonder if the dog will find a new owner soon?
Cos my gramma ain't planning on keeping a dog. :/
